How do I place an order?

Simply place your favourite products in the shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Fill in your details, choose a payment method, and securely complete your order. After placing your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation by email.

Are products reserved in my shopping cart?

Products in your shopping cart are not automatically reserved. An item is only definitively reserved once the order has been successfully completed and paid for.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, please contact our customer service as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or modify your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we unfortunately cannot guarantee any further changes.

What payment methods can I use?

You can pay with iDeal|Wero or by credit card (Mastercard/Visa)

Delivery

How much do I have to pay for shipping?

You pay the lowest rate of €5.99. For orders over €30, shipping is free.

Can I choose which day my order is delivered?

The website itself does not offer this option. As soon as the order has been dispatched, you will receive a track & trace email. You can adjust the delivery date via that link if desired.

How can I track the status of my order?

Once your package has been handed over to the delivery service, you will receive a track & trace by email. This allows you to track your order.
